Gloucester Docks Future

The South West Regional Development Agency, leaseholders of Gloucester Docks are committed to its ongoing regeneration. Albert Warehouse has recently been refurbished into 20 “lifestyle” apartments and work has started on Double Reynolds and Vinings Warehouse.

Later this year work will also start on a residential development alongside the Barge Arm and new car park to the east of the Docks.

Over the next five years redevelopment at the Docks to create a vibrant mixed-use site will be ongoing.
